Every job goes through a dedicated pre-press review before it hits the press, and standard production is 5–7 business days after proof approval — with rush capacity when the calendar demands it.

Since 1958

Service Printing has been Montgomery, Alabama's political and campaign printing headquarters since 1958 — the trusted shop for candidates, PACs, and campaign teams working against a calendar they didn't set. We've built the same reputation on the promotional side: branded apparel, pens, bags, and corporate gifts for local businesses who'd rather have one printing relationship than three.

In January 2025, Service Printing became part of the PubPlus Group, adding expanded capabilities, updated equipment, and a larger team behind the scenes. The name on the door, the people you work with, and the standards we hold ourselves to haven't changed.

We print two things well: political and campaign materials for candidates, PACs, and campaign organizations, and promotional products and branded merchandise for local businesses. See our Products and Services pages for the full list.

The fastest way is to submit our quote request form — tell us what you need and when you need it. You can also call and talk it through directly with our team, especially useful for rush jobs or larger campaign orders.

Resolution should be set to 300 DPI. Images pulled from the web are often only 72–96 DPI and will appear pixelated when printed. Also save photos in CMYK color mode when possible — RGB images may not print correctly.

Monitors use the RGB color model, which supports a wider spectrum than the CMYK model used by printers. CMYK generally matches 85–90% of RGB colors. When an RGB color falls outside CMYK's range, the printer substitutes the closest available color.

PDF is the preferred format for print-ready files. We also accept AI and InDesign files. Files should be 300 DPI with proper bleed and crop marks. Unsure? Email us at sales@serviceprintingco.com before ordering.

Standard production is 5–7 business days after proof approval. Working a tighter window — say, ahead of a runoff — ask about rush options up front, and we'll tell you plainly what's possible before you commit to a date.
